Remove pyversions from d/rules, use pybuild pytest

Remove the manual invocation of "pyversions" from debian/rules, to
prevent picking up Python 2 versions during the tests. Replace the
override_dh_auto_test with a more streamlined usage of pybuild pytest
support.
