Wrong package version details for removed packages

Packages which are removed are not getting their information updated. For instance:

• dansguardian says

stable: 2.10.1.1-5.1+deb9u1

but that is the version for oldstable.

• openssl1.0 says

stable: 1.0.2r-1deb9u1 stable-sec: 1.0.2s-1deb9u1

but this again is oldstable and oldstable has 's' and not 'r' version.
