[Feature Request] Suggest list packages on Package doesn't exist page

Suggest list of packages if query didn't match to any package name on Package doesn't exist page like when it is shown at time of typing with links to their corresponding Package Tracker page.

For example:

if query would be podcast we can show something like this:

Package podcast doesn't exist. May be you're looking for these packages.
