Upgrade to latest bootstrap to avoid hardcoded default text size

It would be nice to upgrade to the latest bootstrap (>= 4.4.1) so that the default CSS does not impose any font size.

According to https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.4/migration/ there are few breaking changes so it might not be too hard.
