Accept trailing slash on news URL

Since @arthurmde-guest changed the default news URL to include a supplementary element in the path, it seems logical that /news/XXX/ should also work.

This request originated from mapreri on IRC: 02:08 buxy: things like https://tracker.debian.org/news/940008/ return 404. Could you make a trailing / not fatal?
