Web interface incorrectly lets the user subcribe to binary packages

On /accounts/subscriptions/ it is possible to select the name of binary packages to add a new subscription and the interface doesn't say anything about the fact that it will not give the expected behaviour. We should disable the auto-completion with binary packages. And possibly warn the user when the subscription is about an unknown source package.
