Migrate quick setup script away from python3-django-jsonfield

python3-django-jsonfield has been replaced by django’s integrated equivalent in the main code, but not in the quick setup script.

And python3-django-jsonfield has been removed from Debian so running bin/quick-setup.sh now breaks.
