debian: fix UpdateVcsWatchTask to store vcswatch data in another PackageData key

Since "vcs_extra_links" PackageData entry is used to to add supplementary
links for package's general panel, we added a new PackageData entry with
'vcswatch' key to store the extra data extracted by vcswatch, such as
the changelog version.
