Add support for AppStream hints

Hi! I found this old patch in the Debian bugtracker, apparently I never went through with getting it merged... So, I removed the dust from it and adapted the patch to the current distro-tracker. I also applied the suggestions mentioned in the original bug1.

Please have a second look at this change :-)
