Table performance improvements

This MR contains a set of improvements related to packages tables. It aims at improving the response time of team's pages with a large number of packages (such as Perl team) and to reduce the memory needed to construct the tables.

As far as I could measure, it reduces the response time of packages tables pages considerably. For example, the Perl team's table page is taking about 13 seconds to render.
