Additional test targets

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus-guest/openqa-tests-debian:rclobus/live-generator into debian
  • The 'smallest-build' version has no installer, the 'DESKTOP' environment is no longer misused to signal that
  • Test booting from an USB stick (the images are isohybrid)
  • Test with UEFI secure boot
  • Added the needles for the KDE printing tests
