Removed EXTRA_DESKTOP for LXQT

Removes the work-around for LXQT that sets an additional variable EXTRA_DESKTOP. Every desktop could have an additional Window Manager. At the moment, LXQT has 2 and the associated needle is marked 'work-around', because it is not usual to have 2 window managers.
