Needle updates due to -vga qxl

Roland Clobus requested to merge rclobus-guest/openqa-tests-debian:rclobus/qxl into debian

This MR contains the following:

  • Needle updates for live-build images in UEFI (due to -vga qxl)
  • Needle updates for Kali 2021.4a
  • desktop_browser and desktop_printing require USER_LOGIN from templates.fif.json
  • Needle update for Kali: the authentication-failed needle occasionally had a match while the dialog was still being constructed
