This MR contains the following:
- Needle updates for live-build images in UEFI (due to -vga qxl)
- Needle updates for Kali 2021.4a
- desktop_browser and desktop_printing require USER_LOGIN from templates.fif.json
- Needle update for Kali: the authentication-failed needle occasionally had a match while the dialog was still being constructed
