fakeupstream: google-fonts: Read font version from METADATA.pb if FONTLOG.txt is not available (Closes: #1031155)

Some fonts on Google Fonts do not have a FONTLOG.txt. In those cases one can get a date (i.e. version number) from METADATA.pb.
