Be compatible with LLVM/Clang 19. (Closes: #1084393)

The red CI is reprotest timing out (which is normal on packages that take >30min to build once; adding SALSA_CI_REPROTEST_ARGS: "--append-build-command=-Pnocheck" might be enough, but I haven't tried that) and piuparts finding that the old clazy is uninstallable.
