Backport upstream patch to update pyqt_sip_dir for new PyQt5

I have closed !1 (closed) but one part of it is still needed — we do not build Krita with SIP 5 yet, but we need to adopt for PyQt5 compiled with SIP 5.

This fixes FTBFS with new PyQt5 that was uploaded to unstable today.
