Fix plasma-gamemode with Plasma 6

Hi,

The plasma-gamemode version in unstable does not support Plasma 6. This was fixed upstream here https://invent.kde.org/sitter/plasma-gamemode/-/merge_requests/2. This merge request update the package to build the new upstream commit (upstream has no release).
