docs: Mention file paths including chat logs, cleanup

In brief

  • Update manpages to mention file paths for quassel, quasselclient, and quasselcore
    • Note that chat logs are stored in the database
  • Clean up
    • Rename SSL certificate to SSL/TLS certificate as Quassel makes use of TLS when possible
    • Add newlines at the end of the files

Fixes Debian issue #724617.
