* Update debian/control:

  - add package kde-config-gtk-style-preview
  - update long description of package kde-config-gtk-style
  - kde-config-gtk-style recommends kde-config-gtk-style-preview
* Rename debian/manpages to debian/kde-config-gtk-style-preview.manpages.
* Add files debian/*.install: see above.
