Backport patch to fix kwin for Lima (Pinephone), fixes #1033212
Hi!
As explained in the BTS, too: upstream broke kwin for Pinephone, as for all other devices using Mali/Lima. This issue got fixed upstream in kwin 5.27.3: this MR backports the relevant patch to have a working kwin for all devices ready for bookworm release.
Edit: I've also built kwin including this patch and tested on my Pinephone, can confirm this fixes the mentioned issue.
