USB boot of images stops working from buster to bullseye

Buster images on raspi.debian.net boot from USB if they are written on USB MSDs (at least with RPi4). Because Linux kernel started demanding early load of reset-raspberrypi.ko from 5.10, some mechanism (e.g. debian/raspi-firmware!21 (closed)) of loading reset-raspberrypi.ko by built images is indispensable with continued support(?) of USB bootable images... (Or just declaring "USB boot is unsupported" fixes this issue)
