Add SWIFT/BIC code for transfers to India

Debian France's bank allows transfers to India, but we need the bank's SWIFT/BIC code, rather than its IFSC code (which is only used for transfers within India).

AFAICT, IFSC codes have branch-level granularity, and do not have a 1-1 mapping with SWIFT codes (which look more regional).

(There's also a set of magic transfer reason codes that need to be included for payment to happen, but that's more of a "treasurers should deal with that" thing)

Would it make sense to add that field to have quicker reimbursements?
