Create dashboard with relevant tickets
Under "Profile", I expect stuff like my email, my bank details, etc.
I'm surprised to find "Payable Requests" there. It doesn't feel like the right location for that.
Maybe you could think about creating a dashboard (maybe on the front page) with relevant tickets / links depending on the role of the user (things to approve, things to validate, things to pay).
In the meantime, maybe moving "Payable Requests" to a separate page and adding a link to the header ("Profile", "Log Out") might be a quick fix to improve things.
