buildinfo.debian.net unresponsive

@lamby the cron job i have to upload .buildinfo files from coccia.debian.org from the archive has not successfully uploaded any .buildinfo files for a couple days, and connecting to https://buildinfo.debian.net from a browser times out... so I am guessing something needs to be poked at!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
