Add PDF presenter

like the HTML presenter but PDF format instead which has some features like:

  • Table of Content built in? ('show document outline' in pdf.js in firefox)
  • attachment files.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
