Website: broken link for new issue

On https://diffoscope.org/ there's a link File a new issue! which points to https://diffoscope.org/issues/new but that gives an error 404

Btw, in the section Get diffoscope, could you add openSUSE? With zypper in diffoscope and/or a link to https://software.opensuse.org/package/diffoscope
