not really testing pdf metadata?

It looks like in commit 9f77b9f3 the expected output was updated, but the new expected output looks like pdf contents, not metadata... so I wonder if the test is testing what it claims to be testing anymore... ?

I noticed this when trying to update diffoscope in guix, where the version of poppler is a bit older (21.07.0). Guix has a newer poppler version available as poppler-next (22.09.0), and when building diffoscope on guix with the newer version it builds fine.

So something in poppler changed, but maybe the output is no longer showing us everything it used to?
