Wrong binary called for the Procyon Java decompiler

diffoscope recommends procyon-decompiler, but calls the wrong binary.
The procyon-decompiler package installs /usr/bin/procyon, and diffoscope
calls `procyon-decompiler` instead of 'procyon'.
