Improve diff of SeaBIOS ROMs

The .deb I download from debian and the .rpm is from Fedora. The two
seabios-gcc* tarballs I built personally, one with Guix's default gcc-11
and the other one I added the gcc-12 toolchain to the build and built
the package.
I tried changing Guix's binutils from 2.38 to 2.40 but I didn't see any
difference in the output of the Guix outputs.Edited by Chris Lamb
