tests/comparators/test_7z.py: actually tests lz4?

Maybe I am reading something wrong, or there is huge overlapping functionality in 7z and lz4, but the test_7z.py code looks like it is actually testing lz4 support, and the tests pass for me without even having any p7zip variant installed.
