skipped tests due to version constraints only report the version, not the tool

From https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=diffoscope&arch=all&ver=264&stamp=1712913225&raw=0 this reports the version of the tool missing, but not what the tool itself is, e.g.:

tests/comparators/test_berkeley_db.py:64:  >= 6.0 (5.3.28 detected)
tests/comparators/test_odt.py::test_diff SKIPPED ( >= 0.7 (0.5 detected))

It would be nice if it also reported the tool name to avoid having to do some investigative work to figure out exactly which tool it was looking for! :)
