Does not parallelise very well

This bug was originally reported by Ximin Luo (infinity0@debian.org) in Debian bug #844518:

When building glibc on a machine with 12 cores, disorderfs neutralises most of
the benefit of this - I can see 400% CPU usage for the disorderfs process but
many fewer processes running in parallel, than if I didn't use disorderfs.
