Breaks if ROOTDIR & MOUNTPOINT are relative directories

This bug was originally reported by Chris Lamb (lamby@debian.org) in Debian bug #796597:

disorderfs ends up with strange directory listings if the ROOTDIR and/or
MOUNTPOINT are relative directories, eg:

 $ disorderfs original/ disordered/
