Remove Kodi and its add-on packages

  * Kodi builds reproducibly since 2:19.2+dfsg1-2

    The "differing build-id" on build path variation was fixed
    by disabling the DebugFission (aka '-gsplit-dwarf') in
    CMakeLists.txt:
    multimedia-team/kodi-media-center/kodi@26fc7224

  * Kodi add-ons build reproducibly since 19.0.0+ds1-1

    The "kodi_package_captures_build_path_in_source_filename_hash"
    issue was fixed by disabling link-time optimization
    (aka LTO, '-flto' / USE_LTO) in CMakeLists.txt:
    multimedia-team/kodi-media-center/kodi-audiodecoder-fluidsynth@ec87abd2
