Redirect from old used urls to new locations

Urls such as: https://reproducible-builds.org/projects/#affiliated-projects from web archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20211019025854/https://reproducible-builds.org/projects/

will return 404 error not found instead of redirect to new location of the content like: https://reproducible-builds.org/who/ or https://reproducible-builds.org/who/projects/

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
