reproducible.stack-overflow.com ?

currently, when people have questions about reproducibility issues, they either ask them on IRC or on our mailing lists (or worse, in private), and in any of these cases, it's ususally quite hard to impossible for someone else to later (or much later) find these questions and answers. as such, it would be quite useful to have a reproducible.stack-overflow.com instance, because this is a well known tool for this.

we should probably try to get this going.
