Add a "Getting Started" guide to the website
One of the collaboration sessions at this year's Reproducible Builds Summit in Hamburg was an effort to help new developers to make and keep their software reproducible from day zero.
The RB website includes a lot of useful reference documentation, however it currently lacks a quickstart/getting-started guide. This issue tracks creation of such a guide.
The notes gathered during the summit can be found below (nb: initially riseup pad links; these should be collected on the website itself soon)
