One of the collaboration sessions at [this year's Reproducible Builds Summit in Hamburg](https://reproducible-builds.org/events/hamburg2024/) was an effort to help new developers to make and keep their software reproducible from day zero. The RB website includes a lot of useful reference documentation, however it currently lacks a quickstart/getting-started guide. This issue tracks creation of such a guide.
