Non-technical contributions and donations

https://reproducible-builds.org/donate/ is only linked from the very bottom of https://reproducible-builds.org/contribute/, after more than four full screens of enumerated technical details for people who want to contribute by fixing bugs.

Part of the target audience for /donate/ is people who want to help but don't have the time or skills to do hands-on coding tasks. I think that part of the target audience is unlikely to find the link from /contribute/ to /donate/.

We should make the /contribute/ page more friendly to potential contributors who wish to contribute in a non-technical manner, whether by donating or by participating as a non-coder.
