option to continue building when --auto-build when control build does not build reproducibly

Even if the control build (e.g. experiment-0) fails to build reproducibly, in some cases it may still be desirable to try all the other individual variations. This would be most useful if the failure results in minimal diffoscope output but there are other outstanding issues triggered by other variations that need further investigation.
