Reference --no-clean-on-error in --store-dir text

AJ Jordan requested to merge strugee-guest/reprotest:patch-1 into master

It was pretty frustrating that reprotest deleted the build directories when I was trying to debug them, even when I passed --store-dir. So add some language to the help text to point the user at the right option for this situation.
