clamp-timestamp error with PNG from December
Observed with strip-nondeterminism-1.6.1 when building the tuxguitar-1.4 package and calling strip-nondeterminism on all files.
Steps To Reproduce:
strip-nondeterminism --timestamp=42 --clamp-timestamp test.png
strip-nondeterminism: test.png: Month '12' out of range 0..11 at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.30.1/File/StripNondeterminism/handlers/png.pm line 54.It seems, this bug was introduced with commit 849f8516
