Create a custom UI

ci.rocm.debian.net currently uses the default debci UI, which is optimized for navigating tens of thousands of packages.

The Debian ROCm Team is mostly interested in few dozen key packages, and some reverse dependencies. Listing the status of all of these packages on one page could be more efficient.

Furthermore, host-specific information (eg: general health status, test results by host) would be useful.
