Exposure RabbitMQ queue contents somewhere

The debci frontend gets its state from an SQLite DB. This state does not reflect uploaded-but-not-processed results. And theoretically, the job state also could be out of sync with the queue state.

Queue statistics, and maybe even contents, should be displayed somehwere.
