HP Zbook 14 G11 - Alcor Link AK9563
I am running into an issue with the built in smartcard reader - Alcor Link AK9563 - on the HP Zbook 14 G11. The behavior is almost identical to the one stated on the blog post about AlcorMicro and fast smartcards at https://blog.apdu.fr/posts/2022/12/alcormicro-au9560-reader-and-fast-smart/
Essentially, smartcard transactions don't work at all except on rare occasions.
Below is the information and logs I have been able to gather on the issue.
