Check, if plugin works with ruby-sinatra > 2.0

The plugin declares a runtime dependency to ruby-team/ruby-sinatra> '~~>1.4' and ruby-team/ruby-sinatra-contrib> '~~>1.4' but there is already 2.0 in Debian Sid.
