These fail during the Debian build, but I'm not sure why yet.

With ruby3.0 gems are provided both under
/usr/lib/ruby/gems/3.0.0/specifications/default/ and at the superior
directory, /usr/lib/ruby/gems/3.0.0/specifications/. Change to catch all
gemspecs under /usr/lib/ruby/gems/3.0.0/specifications/ instead.

Add the ability to check versions, by way of rewriting the test in Ruby.

with Debian dir 7c3101c6b16dfc3d3bc8add709c47706f65131f5

The new openssl tests require an empty file which cannot be create via a
patch, it is created during build time in d/rules and we need to do the
same for autopkgtest.

dpkg-source does not allow a patch creating an empty file, and it is
needed by one of the openssl tests.

This new version is needed to support OpenSSL 3.

This issue was fixed upstream in version 3.1.0
(https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/18062). The backport of the patches
is not trivial so we are disabling it for now.

Add support for OpenSSL 3

We need to get those tests fixed.
