This one failed only in the autopgktest environment

This test passes during build time because the compiler is available but
it fails with autopkgtest where a compiler is not there.

This reverts commit 2285130c.

Those tests try to install gems in the system which causes issue during
build time.

Update to upstream version '3.2.5'
with Debian dir 883c98374cd83e1cd4f3fc5b8ba84e27dc387301

Now that a patch to accept custom make commands were applied some tests
are passing again. Some other tests were added because they are failing
due to a escape issue.

Those tests were introduced in the latest upstream release and the
creation of those native extensions in the temporary directory is not
working, it requires further inverstigation. However, this is not a
regression, the build of native extensions is working, the problem is
how the test is set up.
