Those tests got an error because they do not have permission to do so.

Update to upstream version '3.3.5'
with Debian dir e4524d21e6b7119ac568a426e95c138b6815170e

With them applied uscan is not able to import new versions.

This one failed only in the autopgktest environment

This test passes during build time because the compiler is available but
it fails with autopkgtest where a compiler is not there.

This reverts commit 2285130c.

Those tests try to install gems in the system which causes issue during
build time.
