This commit updates the wnpp-orphan mail template and add reference
to mentors.debian.net/intro-maintainers so that new contributors
may find out how to actually pick up a package and start maintaining
it.

Another typo was also fixed here.

The last kernel update in stable brought linux-image-4.19.0-11-amd64 on #1,
but that package isn't known in unstable, so it was skipped.

There are cases where packages are kept in some suite only for
Extra-Source-Only, and that's confusing. Remove them from DDPO, we
aren't a decrufting tool.
